The Beaver Colony is run by an enthusiastic bunch of leaders headed up by Gemma for children aged 6-8 years.
Our meetings normally take place in our headquarters where there is a busy and exciting programme which often works towards badges. However, we don't like staying to still so get the colony out and about where we can beit in the local community or further afield. We have enjoyed camp fires, climbing, kayaking, visits to the local chip shop, wide games in the dark and many other adventures. We also have sleepovers, hikes and other activities that usually involve mud, glue or chocolate and lots of noise!
